History
 We are one of the oldest and established telephone interconnects in the Pacific Northwest.  By the late 1980’s, Superior Tel was ranked as number six among over sixty local interconnects by the Oregon Business Journal.  It has taken many years, but we have proven ourselves to be a premier service center for business communications platforms.

      Sales
 What sets our sales staff apart is their technical knowledge of business telephone systems and related hardware.  If you want answers and options, call on us.  We are educators and technical consultants first, and salespeople second.  We only recommend solutions that will work best for you.

      Service
 Superior Tel uses its own factory trained technicians with a minimum experience of five years in the field.  Many of our competitors would like for you to pay a technician to come to your site, open an installation manual, and start “learning” your system through trial and error.  We know over sixteen major manufacturers systems inside and out and can get the job done professionally and in a timely manner.

      Financial Stability
 We have outlasted dozens of competitors over the years.  Many have had nearly unlimited finances, towering offices, and lots of hype to sell.  Where are they now?  Most are long gone.  Our formula of providing the best service at the lowest cost, while maintaining low overhead, has kept us profitable every year since our startup.   Last year, when most telecom firms were suffering extensive layoffs and pending bankruptcy, we had our largest revenues and profits to date.
